Hey. The winnebago county board just looked at a bill to allow citizens to carry conceled weapons in winnebago county. there are currently only two states that do NOT have any CCW permits. Illinois and Wisconsin. i for one am for the carry laws and i ask for you to write your congress man telling him that you are for the CCW permits.
